Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment. Europe Incontinence works with several carriers and offers different delivery methods, you are free to select the carrier of your choice according to its availability when you place your order.

All parcels are generally shipped within one working day after receipt of payment via the carrier of your choice. A tracking number and link will be provided to you after the parcel has been shipped. These will allow you to follow the progress of your parcel.

Home delivery

Home deliveries are possible in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Parcels are only handed over upon receipt of a signature. As delivery vans typically arrive during the daytime, between 9 am and 6 pm, we need a delivery address where the parcel can be delivered into the hands of someone you know and trust during this time period. The delivery address may be different from the billing address, so please do not hesitate to have your parcel sent to you at your place of work or delivered to a next door neighbour who is home during the day. This is the best way to make sure your parcel is received quickly. You can track and trace your parcel at any time using the tracking number sent to you by Europe Incontinence by e-mail.

If you are unable to sign for the delivery of your parcel when it is first delivered, the driver will drop a calling card into your letterbox. The parcel will either be delivered again the next working day, or delivered to a collection point near you. It is your responsibility to track your parcel via the tracking number provided, especially in case of a missing notification.

After several unsuccessful attempts to deliver the parcel, it is then returned to us.

Delivery to collection point

Delivery to a collection point is possible in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Your parcel is delivered to a collection point of your choice. The collection point is a local shop (a dry cleaner’s shop, a florist, a newsagent’s, a service station, etc.) with long opening hours. When placing your order, you must select the collection point where you would like to collect your parcel.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can follow its progress using the tracking number sent to you by Europe Incontinence by e-mail. You will also get a notification e-mail as soon as your parcel is available to be collected at the collection point. The shopkeeper will keep your parcel for you for seven days. It is your responsibility to track your parcel via the tracking number provided, especially in case of a missing notification.

You can retrieve your parcel upon presentation of your identity card and by confirming receipt via an electronic signature.
