Also, when the product is wet, it tends to pop its fixings - that is unless the wearer is sitting / lying down. IMHO, the product is designed for bedridden / wheelchair paitents only. Even then, one needs an underpad to prevent bleeding of contents onto the wheelchair / bed. These issues are all due to the cloth breathable layer that is also porus and too stretchy.

Hello, Thank you for your detailed feedback. You are completely right: this highly absorbent model becomes heavy and is mostly intended for people who are bedridden or in a wheelchair.
