The sizing is a bit small, I would recommend to take size 2 if your a 65kg male with 85cm of waist. It seems to be a OK product for managing adult incontinence.

I bought two different sizes and this one was the right one. The velcro on the side that remains on top might be too much. Personally, I ended up unsewing it. On the edges of the groin, the inner edge has a part of plastic that rubs enough to leave redness on sensitive skin like that of the elderly. The rest of the edges are covered with fabric and do not rub. As it comes, it absorbs quite well and is easy to rinse and wash, but it looks better if washed by hand because in the washing machine it gets little balls on the first wash. It's a bit complicated to dry because the absorbent part is sewn to the waterproof part and, although they separate in the middle, it's difficult to place it well. But the fabric itself releases water well. The velcro does not stick to all types of fabric, which is quite good to avoid ruining other clothes. It makes a little noise when moving, but not much.
