In most cases, the failure occurred only while wearing. It sometimes happened after a few minutes, on other days only after 2 hours. The communication with Tena Germany indicated that they felt not responsible because the product is sold in Germany but not listed. I was advised to contact the seller, who did not respond to my experience. Aside from that, the product is very good. (Translated review)
